Hey guys! I’m just trying to grow out my hair a few inches, and wanna compare some routines to understand what others are using! My goal would probably be 4 inches by August, but I am a big swimmer…

Hey girl I'm happy to help. I'm a big swimmer too and the clorean an salt water just dry up hair. My hair has grown about 5 inches since September and now I have just over 2 feet of hair. I use Pantene shampoo (any kind works) twice every Sunday and Monday conditioner also every Sunday. I made a homade rosemary water which all you have to do is but rosemary in hot water for like a month and leave it in your hair for 2 hours min before washing your hair. I also use a hair mask from Walmart on Sundays and every night I put in leave in Monday conditioner then braid my hair before I fall asleep. Also use less heat and before you go swimming use a leave in. Use less heat and diet does affect your hair. Idk if this will help and I'm sorry that this is long but hope it does and btw I have 2a - 1b hair is pretty thick and a combo scalp type. night time: olaplex leave in conditioner n my bonnet 🙂
