Teen with oily hair, HELP!

Can anyone suggest a shampoo/conditioner for my teen with very oily hair?  She does not dye her hair, she has thick straight hair.

Hey!

I'm 21 and have struggled with oily hair in the past. I found nothing has worked as well as Verb products. The volume shampoo and conditioner and their clarifying shampoo are great for oily hair. Their standard-sized products are $20 and last around 3-4 months.

Do you know if her grease is caused by product build up? Everyone gets build up from their hair care products and that’s why everyone needs a clarifying shampoo. She can still use whatever shampoo and conditioner she’s using now for every day use but she should be using the clarifying shampoo at least once a month. I use Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner. I’ve also heard good things about Moroccan Oil’s Clarifying shampoo and OUAI’s detox shampoo. Hope this helps!

i am a teen with oily hair and here’s my routine!

- amika normcore shampoo

- amika normcore conditioner

and once a weeks i use the ouai detox shampoo!

@Stampcrazy82  My teen had the same problem. I bought the Bumble and bumble Sunday Clarifying Shampoo 8.5 oz / 250 ml  . It has been working great for her. No more stringy greasy hair

@Stampcrazy82 you might try a more clarifying shampoo like the OUAI Detox Shampoo .
