Oily but damaged hair.

Does anybody have any recommendations for hair that is thin fine & bleach damaged, but oily roots???

1) oil hair before shampoo (let it absorb and give your scalp a massage and detangle) Coconut oil, tons of hair oil on the Sephora website

2) Your roots are oily most likely bc your scalp was dry hence step one of hyrdating scalp and then pre treating fine dry hair

3) when you shampoo, shampoo twice. focus on massage scalp and be gentle one not over tossing your dry/wet strands

4) use a hair mask and let it sit

5) detangle from base to root

6) use a leave in conditioner, my favourite is from Pureology

7) use a serum post drying, like She Uemura  Absolue Serum

once you've upgraded with the tips above.

look into a trim, K18, bond building products, sulphate free products. 

End note, use leave in conditioner religiously.
