@farahhh9999 I know you say you don't want protein, but Kérastase Resistance Strengthening Shampoo for Damaged Hair from Heat Styling  helped me a few years back.

@farahhh9999 try Briogeo Mini Don't Despair, Repair!™ Deep Conditioning Hair Mask 2 oz/ 59 mL  this product took my damaged hair to healthy in no time.  

For a shampoo and conditioner,  do you have a favorite brand of hair products?  Look into their Hydrating products.  I like the Briogeo line, Bumble and Bumble, and Amika.

Honestly no preference, i tried the briogeo dont despair shampoo but felt like it was to heavy liked the smooth hair it gave me though, i ended up returning it

@farahhh9999 I second the amika Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask 8 oz / 250 mL  . I had forgotten about that one too, but it is great for hydration. I don't think it has any protein.

@farahhh9999 have you tried amika Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask  .  I forgot about this product and then found a mini tube of it in my stash.  I used it recently and fell in love with it again.
