How to fix frizz on top of head?

I get bad frizz on the top of my head. I have been using the olaplex shampoo and conditioner but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. I have super thin hair. Please help!

Some frizz is natural, especially on people with a curl pattern. A silicone-based hair oil applied lightly should help you out.
