How can I get soft, shiny, thick, voluminous hair that holds waves?

Looking to create this style. Problem is that I have pretty heavy hair. I keep it long because I do not like the way I look with short or medium hair, so there’s the extra weight there. I want my hair to look like this. What products should I use? And how do I create big waves like this as opposed to curls with a curling wand? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I personally love doing my hair like this! I have long hair and here's what I do to achieve this look:

• I start with adding a texture spray to my hair for volume. I personally love using this one here > https://www.sephora.com/product/beach-club-texture-spray-P410491.
• For a little extra EXTRA volume, I personally tease my hair with a teasing brush -- you can skip this step if you don't like your hair too big! Here is the best teasing brush (IMO) > https://www.sephora.com/product/texas-tease-teasing-brush-P429547.
• I put a little heat protector spray in my hair, before I go in with a heat tool > https://www.sephora.com/product/ghd-style-heat-protect-spray-P385017.
