Hair Falling out!!

So, I got my hair dyed about 2-3 months ago to a darker colour and after that I switched my shampoo and conditioner to Keratese Chroma Absolu. I’ve used it about 3 times and my hair is falling out in bulk!!!! I don’t know if it’s my shampoo or what, but it’s really scary picking up a huge ball of my hair in the shower.

Any suggestions or advice?!

Were you blonde previously and decided to go darker? It’s not Kerastase that’s causing your issues. I can sense what’s going on but will wait for your answer.
