I started using OGX Extra Penetrating Coconut Oil to follow the Abbey Yung method. I really liked it, but several weeks in I think the silicones were building up in my hair. As a result, I don’t think my hair mask was able to be effective. I'm not against silicones, but I just think it was too much. I'm curious what other coconut oils BIC thinks might be good as a pre-shampoo treatment. Thank you!

That way, you don't have to use as much heat.
