Need hair advice

I need recommendations on what to use for my hair. I have thick wavy hair and it’s really dry, it’s not smooth or soft. I just don’t have idea how to take care of my hair. To make it shiny, soft, and hydrated. Pls help me

Look for a conditioner with "behentrimonium chloride or cetrimonium chloride" as the primary conditioning agent. "Hydrolyzed keratin or hydrolyzed wheat protein" in a weekly treatment repairs the rough texture from the inside out. For shine specifically, a leave-in with "argan oil" or a lightweight silicone like "dimethicone" applied to damp hair before diffusing or air drying seals the cuticle and reflects light.

Is your hair colour treated? I would start with Redken All Soft. You will notice a difference immediately.
