Briogeo Farewell Frizz™ Rosehip, Argan & Coconut Hair Oil VS Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Strengthening Treatment Hair Oil??

I love Briogeo but I can’t decide between trying their new hair oil and this old gem. I have extremely dry ends from heat damage and bleaching but the tops of my hair is healthy. I need a great moisturizer and something to bring these babies back to life!! Other suggestions are welcome, but I’m mainly trying to understand the difference between the two oils. Thanks!!

Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair! Strengthening Treatment Hair Oil 1 oz/ 30 mL is strengthening  and reparative while BRIOGEO - Farewell Frizz™ Rosehip, Argan & Coconut Hair Oil is for hair that is frizzy. You’re better off with the first one.

@GG84 I remember you posting some time ago about how to tell the difference between hair products that will help with moisture and those that will help with strength.  I wish I had bookmarked it.  Would you mind giving us a review? 

I recall "hydrating" and "nourishing" being more moisture, and "strengthening" obviously being for strength.  Is this right?  And where does "restorative" fall into all of this?

Of course I realize some of this is marketing, as you mentioned in your recent post about AMIKA - Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask 🙂

@GG84 Thanks!  That is most appreciated.  🙂  And do you know of a good way for us lay-people to tell by the ingredients which ones are more for moisture versus more for strength?
