Best products for breakage and flyaways?

I have medium length, naturally straight, blonde hair that is more on the oily side. I have a terrible habit of peeling my split ends! This leaves me with broken fly aways at the crown of my head. I’ve broken the habit and I’m looking to help keep my hair strong, smooth and healthy. Best shampoo and conditioner, leave ins, masks etc?

@clairegraveline Biolage Hydrasource Conditioning Balm really helped tame my broken hairs along my part.  (I'm second only to Jennifer Aniston for broken hairs.).  As for shampoo, I rec a sulfate-free one.  Many BICers like Deva Curl No Poo.  I use Pureology Hydrate.

I'm totally not throwing Jen under the bus or criticizing her.  I appreciate that while she has amazing hair, it's not flawless b/c no one's perfect - and I appreciate that she and I have some of the same struggles.  I blame thick hair and flat ironing!
