Amika straightening brush noise?

Ordered the regular sized Amika Polished Perfection Straightening Brush recently and used it for the first time today. I noticed it makes a very low grade humming or buzzing sound. I live pretty far from a Sephora store so I can't check if this is a regular sound it makes or not. Can anyone confirm if theirs is silent or makes any sounds? Thanks in advance!

Yes mine as well makes a humming/crackling sound - sounds like that’s a normal thing based on my research.

@kazzy it does make a very very light sound.
