I love going on walks and if I'm lucky taking a few photos while I'm lost in nature. 🏞🌎🌺  Does anyone else enjoy that?

It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining but the breeze was cool. Everything smelt so fresh and we saw a few animals too. 😀

Park photo dump.  October is my very favorite month for being outdoors.  The humidity and temperature go down, and the sky is incredibly clear and blue.

This is a magnolia tree, but I have no idea why the cones have these red things sticking out of them- does anyone know what they are?These look like acorns, but the leaves don't look like typical oak leaves, but maybe there are more species of oak trees than I realized.The sun was so strong and make so many sparkles on the river they look like pebbles!

That's not us in the picture.  Just to be clear. 🙂

@Ispend2much6  beautiful photos! I know what you mean about October. There is a poem I like by Helen Hunt Jackson, "October's Bright Blue Weather" and I always think of it this time of year. "Love loveth best of all the year/October's bright blue weather."

Some fall colours on my walk to work. 🧡💚

I absolutely looove the color change of this season, just before the leaves all fall. Its beautiful to see it all happen every year.✨

@CynthieLu  beautiful fall colors! Where I live the colors have been a bit lackluster this year, sadly. There are still some pretty leaves though, you just have to look a bit harder to find them.

Just a beautiful fall sunrise 🌄. By the time I left for work the sun was mostly up.

It was casting a pinkish light everywhere, my camera does not do it justice, but it was beautiful.
