I love going on walks and if I'm lucky taking a few photos while I'm lost in nature. 🏞🌎🌺  Does anyone else enjoy that?

It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining but the breeze was cool. Everything smelt so fresh and we saw a few animals too. 😀

Love the scenery @CynthieLu! Reminds me of the time I went camping outside Saskatoon with some friends. The rolling hills and water the next morning were worth the terrifying drive through the night.

I'm always the passenger, you drivers do have to go through allot @JoSometimes. I just get to enjoy the scenery and the road tunes. But without the drivers we'd never get anywhere 😉

Not too hot this weekend *cheering for a break from the heat wave* 🥳

Took a walk and enjoyed the beautiful weather. I came across this little fam jam:

The babies are growing fast, look how big they are already this year 😍 🦢

Wild Swans are a rare sight here, we've got 2 families of them around that marsh I've been lucky enough to see. We had gotten a few Egret's last year ( It was first time I ever saw those wild) but none this year that I've been able to spot. @jaaayp

@CynthieLu  Great egrets migrate here in the fall and stay for the winter.  They are soo elegant; smooth feathers on their bodies and a fringe of feathers hanging off of them like a fur coat.

Occasionally I see blue herons in our marshes also.  Only when I'm driving though! 

I don't think we have swans though!

Egrets are soo elegant, I totally see that too @Ispend2much6 . When they are in mating season the males get these pretty feather plumes. I hope they come visit us again some day 🙂

We have greater and lesser blue herons here, they don't enjoy people too much but are a beauty to see.

We went paddle boarding today and hung out near the lily pads.  We were searching for turtles but gave up before finding success.  next time:)

That lily is such a pure shade of white!  I hope you find turtles for your little guy next time. @heartsmyface
