I love going on walks and if I'm lucky taking a few photos while I'm lost in nature. 🏞🌎🌺  Does anyone else enjoy that?

It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining but the breeze was cool. Everything smelt so fresh and we saw a few animals too. 😀

@CynthieLu  The colors are so vivid!  I read yesterday that in some states the sun is really red at sunset due to the wildfires in CA.  I'll have to look here tonight.

@Ispend2much6 That happens in Idaho every year from the West Coast fires, it's crazy!

There's forest fires in one of our provinces too @Ispend2much6 I don't think they are effecting the sunrises here, there is smoke in our skies thou, I've seen the haze for a few days now and Alberta is soooo far away 😱

@CynthieLu  It’s crazy how far wind travels. I remember about 8 years or so there was some sort of toxic cloud that traveled across the US from west to east- and I was outside talking to a friend of mine when it passed over us! The sky changed to an odd color and then returned to normal. I can’t remember exactly what caused it but the forecast of its arrival was eerily accurate.

But for sure, wind really moves and gets around.  🌬🌪

I half wonder if it was part of the Fukushima disaster but that kind of doesn’t make sense.

@CynthieLu It’s crazy just how connected we all are. A few years ago, BC had some crazy wildfires and the air quality suffered almost up to the Atlantic.

I go hiking really often but I never take my phone in effort to disconnect 😅 but I always have friends sneaking pictures of me so I end up photobombing

@jaaayp  This reminds me of Colorado; you must be in the West.  And strong to hike those rocks!

@Ispend2much6 yup! In the west. In Cali actually 😊 but Cali definitely got some wide range of climates. Strong? Idk.. just a lot of attempts 🤣

@Saradestin agreed! I should take more pictures as I do forget quite a lot LOL I recently started listening to music while hiking so phone will definitely be avail going forward 🤣
