No Black Friday shopping for me, we have a ton of snow here!  I am off to ski that day away.  As I bonus I can burn off those Thanksgiving calories

11/26: Worst things about fall?

Where is live we can get some extreme winds making it near impossible to enjoy the day outdoors.  Otherwise,  fall is a really fun time of year.

I am grateful for good health, great family and friends,  and my beautiful dogs.  And for all the snow that fell the last few days,  let the winter sports begin!

Worst thing about fall? 

This may sound funny, but there are no fall songs! I jam out to my Halloween songs and then do I just go straight to Christmas songs??

11/23: What Black Friday sales are you hoping for?

-I am trying to avoid too much shopping, but I'm hoping to buy some hair products. Boring, but I'm also thinking of buying an air purifier. 

11/24: Best fall beverages?

-Always coffee, but it's cold enough that I'm preferring hot coffee rather than iced. I also don't tend to drink tea in the summer, but I've been enjoying an evening cup of tea lately.

@CynthieLu I'm working my way though some loose leaf tea from David's Tea. Right now I've mainly been drinking Chai and some type of mocha/black tea blend.

11/22: Giving back - what are some small ways we can do this?

I think by being kind, even when it's difficult or when you notice someone is struggling. One way I do this is if I'm in line in any store and I notice the workers are struggling. Thier previous customer was rude to them, or they look like they are functioning short staffed, stressed etc.. I check in with them, empathize and connect a little and wish them a better day.

I hope nothing catches me eye atm or at least my wallet is hoping so. 😂

11/24: Best fall beverages?

Hands down this is hot mulled apple cider. Best served with a cinnamon stick, a little caramel and real whip cream. 🥃

11/25: What foods would be fun to serve for Friendsgiving?

Comfort food for sure. Potatoes with all the fixing, and shareable appetizers or snacks. 😄

Ooh I have never had a pomegranate cocktail @CorgiMommy that sounds very appealing. I love eating them but just don't enjoy the mess 😜 What do you like to use?

I substitute pomegranate juice where you would use cranberry juice.   @CynthieLu so my winter cosmo would be bolder in color and taste

11/1 Thanksgiving movies:  There should be more!  Recently, there have been a couple of Thanksgiving-themed horror movies that are really fun:  Pilgrim and Thanksgiving.

11/15 Autumn candle fragrance idea: fallen leaves

11/26 Worst things about Fall:  that time between Halloween and Thanksgiving when you see some houses with Halloween, some with Thanksgiving, and others with Christmas decorations.  This year, we even had one neighbor with Halloween decorations plus a sleigh/reindeer in the yard before Halloween.  I would rather savor each holiday in its own time.

I haven't heard of those movies @Mel231 There really aren't very many Thanksgiving movies that I can recall. But new ones, that kinda peaked my interest. I might google these 😜
