11/8: persimmons and Brussels sprouts.

11/9: someday I'd like to crochet a blanket

11/10: heating blankets!  Family made afghans.  Would love a faux fur blanket someday that is high quality.  I pretty much enjoy every blanket...just not a fan of throws as they're too small.  Twin is the minimize size for me.  I'd love to have a blanket collection but don't have the room.

11/11: travel sprays for $11.11!

11/12: I wish there were more decor options for the fall than going from Halloween to Christmas.  I decorate with gourds at home, but I'd like to take it further at work but haven't seen anything that sparks my interest. 

11/13: I'll come back to this one.

11/14: a classic red is good for me....if I think of anything else I'll edit this.

11/15: maybe sweet potatoes and marshmallows.   I'd package it in a classy jar.

11/16: I love space heaters.  I also have some pretty fingerless gloves from a friend that I need to dig out.

11/17: lighting candles

11/18: apple picking

11/19: rustling leaves, soft blankets

@greeneyedgirl107  I just saw persimmons in the grocery store today; how do you know when they're ripe, and what do you do with them?

@Ispend2much6 I eat them raw.  I let them get to about the softness of an avocado and then I eat them.  I buy them at Trader Joe's and they take forever to ripen - even in a paper bag.

11/1: I definitely think we need Thanksgiving movies!  Comedies, drama, mysteries...I want it all!

11/2: In a glamorous world, I'd love to wear cute gloves, beautiful scarves and ear muffs as well as pretty headwraps.  Charming Charlie used to have some nice ones.  Irl, I just wear fleece accessories from Old Navy.  I also think it'd be fun if womens gloves made a comeback...just for something different. 

11/3: I tried some mini pecan pies from. Trader Joe's and they were passable.  I gifted their mini apple pies and didn't hear anything about them, so I'm guessing they were average.   Costco pumpkin pies are my favorite, so imagine minis of that!

11/4: I'm not a blush girl, so pass...

11/5: The old version of Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream, The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil 1 oz/ 30 mL .

11/6: Best approach for me would be candles.  Worst for me would be incense.  Favorite autumn scents would be fall ones without spice or smoke...apple cider, pumpkin, etc.  Least favorite home fragrance would be cheap-o sprays, and those scent solids that over powering.

11/7: I wanted to try platform sneakers with wide leg fleece pants.  I can't find any platform sneakers that fit right, tho.  Old stand-by is joggers with full zip fleece.  Always cardigans.

11/1: Do you think there's a market for Thanksgiving movies? There should be!  Fall is a uniquely beautiful season, a return to more contemplative thoughts than what I have during the carefree summer.  Seems like movie material to me!

11/2: What is your cold weather accessory style? I just bought these wool shoes from Allbird; soo comfortable, warm, and they still give support!  One pair looks like fuzzy slippers, a cold weather favorite. Nordstrom Rack has them on sale sometimes.

11/3: Mini pies are getting popular.  Which ones do you like?  Ooooh, any pie in miniature form is great- the more crust available, the better!

11/4: What blush colors do you favor for fall? Berry and plum.  Ones I wear all year long because they are good for my skin tone.

11/5: All time favorite cold weather creams, lotions, moisturizers and oils?  Josie Maran Body Butter in Peppermint Bark (when available,) Skinfix oil cleanser, First Aid Beauty cream.

11/6: Best (and worst) approach to home fragrance?  Favorite autumn scents?  Least favorite types of home fragrance?  I love spicy scents for fall.  I prefer purely spicy scents, not ones mixed with florals and other types.  I do like Mrs. Meyers' Gingerbread okay enough. 

11/7: What fall fashion trends do you want to try this year?  What are your old stand-bys?  I'm so not fashionable!  I did buy some long, long-sleeved mock turtlenecks to wear as tunics with jeans.  I think they would be fun to jazz up with scarfs or jewelry.

11/8: Most delicious fall fruits and vegetables?  Seckel pears, Italian plums, fresh-picked apples from the orchard.  Oh, and any and every type of winter squash.

11/9: Crafting!  Tell us how you do it, or what you'd like to do someday.  Not a crafter.

11/10: Blankets/throws have been so popular for years.  What sorts are you drawn to?  I like wool, or my favorite fuzzy snowman throw blanket.

11/11: What's your nomination for a Sephora Singles Day sale?  Definitely not a sale that's "single-digit!"

11/12: What's your fall decorating style?  What inspires you?  I like simple, and using nature -inspired decorations.

11/14: What reds are perfect for fall? Think lips, clothing, flowers - anything!  This shows up as a perfect red for me- Fenty's lipstick in Schola Sister.

11/15: Create a candle for autumn...what notes would you use?  How would you package it?  If only there were a way to capture the scent of fall leaves that are turning color but not quite all the way moldy! 

11/16: Staying warm - how do you do it?  Tell us about your slippers, gloves, robes, heating tricks, etc.- Lots of hot tea, wearing my fuzzy slippers instead of slipper socks, making sure a cozy throw is nearby.

11/17: How do you keep positive when it gets colder/darker?  It happens naturally because I love these seasons!  I feel festive and maybe not so guilty if I feel a little lazy.

11/18: What outdoor activities sound like perfect fall fun?  Just taking a walk and looking at the leaves.

11/19: Best autumn sounds/feels? Cool, less humid air!!  Leaves rustling with the wind.

11/20: Is there a nail trend you'd like to try this season? None.

11/21: What do you really think of turkeys? I love them and usually buy a few to hold me over until next Thanksgiving.

11/22: Giving back - what are some small ways we can do this?  Being aware of opportunities to help others all year long.  It's a habitual mindset- once you get started, it becomes more automatic.

11/23: What Black Friday sales are you hoping for?  A really good one from Westman Atelier.

11/24: Best fall beverages?  Hot chocolate!

11/25: What foods would be fun to serve for Friendsgiving?  Any Friendsgiving traditions you'd like to try or create? A potluck with everyone bringing their favorite dish sounds fun.

11/26: Worst things about fall? The weather,ragweed,and moldy leaves set off allergies.

11/27: What is a hair style you'd like to try this season? A softly waved style instead of the curly hair the summer humidity makes possible. 

11/28: What are you thankful for this year?  How do you think Thanksgiving will evolve in the future? I'm honestly thankful to be alive and I appreciate my family more than ever.  For the future, I hope our family will become larger. 💕

11/29: Sound off on Black Friday! Black Friday is getting more confusing as the sales begin weeks in advance.  You can't be certain to get the best deals if you wait until the actual Black Friday.
