I made a promise to myself this year to use the makeup I bought and attempt to go outside my comfort zone.  Todays look was my first real attempt in doing graphic liner with q tips in hand ready. I was nervous but remembered what my makeup teacher told me….it’s just makeup and you can always take it off.  Needless to say I was holding my breath trying to get the liner right. I think I did okay and went safe.  I was inspired by @danielledanielle with her graphic eyeliner look and @Guessgal with her hair look. 

This look is a vibe and I just went with it with the makeup and the hair. My husband actually liked my hair that way which shocked me. Even my daughter kept playing with my hair. 

Eyes- Victoria Beckham beauty liner in Olive (thank you to @eshoe for the introduction to VB) with MAC Pine for Me. On top I applied Chantecaille Tiger shadow for shimmer. Bottom liner Patrick Ta Copper Gold liner 

Eye base- MAC tete a tint and La Mer Bronzer. On top for shimmer Peches from Viseart Petit Four Chocolat palette 

Blush-Chantecaille Emotion

Highlighter-MAC Aute Cuture Rosalia palette mixed 3 of the lighter shades 

Lips-Chantecaille lip veil in Honeypot with Fenty Gloss Bomb in Cake Shake in the center

OMG @SportyGirly125 !! This is spectacular! I LOVE it!! 💚💚💚💚 You did an amazing job!! I was also inspired by @danielledanielle ’s graphic liner look, but I am still thinking on how I can draw a line that makes some sense with my challenging lids. But I will try, some day! Now I have you as inspiration as well!! 😊

@SportyGirly125, very cool, gives me anime/punk feels (I'm sure lovers of each domain would disagree, but this is my take).  I'm glad you went for it, and I like your take on it with green shimmer.

@SportyGirly125 Awww happy that I was part of your inspo for this look ☺️ I love the way it turned out! Diverse hairstyles can really pull a look together! And the green really pops unexpectedly and I don’t think I’ve come across that many greens that are like this.

@SportyGirly125 I'm in awe!!!! This graphic liner is gorgeous!!! You look so trendy!!! I love it!!! Ok so you used qtips to perfect the line? Did it smudge at all??

@lmaster Awww. Thank you so much  ☺️ The VB eyeliner was so easy to use and didn’t smudge at all. I only used qtips to make the line more precise at the outer corner but got the lines on the first try. I went real slow in drawing it out. It helps to have your head tilted for placement.  Also, Setting the lines with the Chantecaille eyeshadow on top for extra staying power helped. 

If you do a graphic eye I found it helpful to do the wing first then sculpt out the rest.
