My new psoriasis

My psoriasis was always incredibly mild but it has gotten worse this year and I haven’t been able to find anything to help yet. Any recommendations would be beyond welcome! Thanks everyone!

I think your doctor or dermatologist can give you the best advice on what products to search out and they would know your skin really well. @marybethcurry

Skinfix is something I trust for my eczema and rosacea but I don't know much about psoriasis
