Almost empty product

I bought the Peter Thomas Roth, Peptide Skinjection Amplified Wrinkle-Fix Serum product on August 27, 2024 in 20614 Interstate 45 N, Spring, TX 77373, United States and used it only three times, pushing for each time I used it, and when I wanted to use it for the fourth time the product was already finished, the container was completely empty, which surprised me because how is it possible that such an expensive product and that I was only going to be able to use it three times??? For me that was unusual and crazy. So I went to the Sephora store where I bought it to get my money back and they told me that was not possible because the product was empty. In other words, they did not give me my money back and no one took responsibility for what happened. They sold me the product practically empty and the store did not take responsibility for that. I bought the product in good faith because I never imagined that they would scam me like that. As I left the store, feeling very helpless, I left the empty bottle with the girl at the cash register who helped me and went home very disappointed. I feel robbed and scammed. What happened to me is not fair. So I am leaving you with my experience so that you can be very careful and check the product carefully before buying it.
