Okay, hear me out on this. I've had really bad stubborn acne on my forehead that doesn't go away. I've tried prescriptions, acne clearing face washes, and creams, and nothing has worked. Now I hope I don't jinx it, but recently I've actually been using Equates everyday clean dandruff shampoo to clean my face. The zinc in it is extremely good for acne. After 2 days of 2 washes a day, my acne is already clearing up. Just try it and if it doesn't work at least you can say you tried 🤷🏻‍♀️ It also helped with my oily face and dried out my face a little, really improving my acne

Hello @LiliWallace ! If you’ve already tried salicylic acid, then I recommend seeing a dermatologist or primary care doctor to figure out what’s happening with your skin. That might not be acne; it could be a different skin condition that mimics acne, like rosacea. We can’t diagnose you here since we’re not medical docs. A derm or other doc can help you address the root cause of those bumps and redness, which is better than throwing more random products at your skin that might make things worse.
