Does anyone else use this??

Guys so I have really bad acne on my forehead. I've used prescriptions, acne face washes, moisturizers, literally everything. Recently I saw on TikTok that using dandruff shampoo on your face works to clear acne. I bought equate everyday clean from Walmart, and wow. Within 2 days, my acne is already starting to clear. There is zinc in dandruff shampoo that is really good for acne and your face. Does anyone else use this? If not I reccomend it for acne prone skin that doesn't go away. If it doesn't work then at least you can say you tried.
