trapped sebum in face

hello! i have these weird skin colored trapped sebum on my cheek/under eye area. i have tried putting exfoliants, pimple patches, poking a hole with a needle, nothing works. let me know if you have product suggestions!

Hello @LiliWallace ! If you’ve already tried salicylic acid, then I recommend seeing a dermatologist or primary care doctor to figure out what’s happening with your skin. That might not be acne; it could be a different skin condition that mimics acne, like rosacea. We can’t diagnose you here since we’re not medical docs. A derm or other doc can help you address the root cause of those bumps and redness, which is better than throwing more random products at your skin that might make things worse.
