Tiny bumps/ rash on cheek

Hey does anyone know what this is or how it can be fixed? I've had these my whole life and I use minimal skin care products. I wash my face with cetaphil facial cleanser and then follow up with cetaphil moisturizer. I don't wear makeup ever. Can someone please help me?

I wonder if this is KP? (Keratosis Pilaris) there’s some treatments but you’d need to speak with a dermatologist

Have you tried salicylic acid? It's great for acne. Do you have sensitive skin?
