Skincare help!

Hi! About two years ago my skin became very sensitive, oily, and acne-prone. I've probably tried hundreds of products since then and cannot find a regimen that works for me. I am looking for a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer that won't make me break out and will control my oil.

I have reacted well to the Boscia clear complexion cleanser, the Caudalie instant foaming cleanser, and the FAB skin rescue deep cleanser with red clay, but the problem is I have to keep switching cleansers because I guess my face gets used to them and then they stop working? 

All of the toners I have used have been too harsh on my skin except for the Fresh rose deep hydration toner (it's just a little too pricey), and all of the moisturizers I have tried make me so oily and shiny. Please help!!!

I love the Keihl's ultra facial moisturizing toner. It's very lightweight and extremely gentle. It also isn't too expensive! Also for a daytime moisturizer, the Keihl's oil-free moisturizer is wonderful, and not too pricey as well! I hope this helps!
