I’ve been there. Hormonal acne and dark circles can be so frustrating, even with good sleep and a solid routine. Maybe try simplifying products or checking for allergies. A derm visit might help, too. Some clinics get skincare samples through Pharmacy B2B platforms. Maybe ask if they have anything new to try affordably.

Used this a couple times and already love it! Sadly, I don’t use it every day though because I have a different cleanser and toner I’m trying to get through that I also love, but as soon as I run out I will definitely start using it daily!

@PriyankaAUH Dermatologists are medical doctors who treat issues with skin, hair, and nails. A dermatologist can diagnose your skin: they can figure out the root cause of those bumps you’re getting, and then recommend/prescribe treatment. A derm can be very helpful, especially for stubborn acne and other skin conditions. Heck, I have a derm who’s helped me get my reactive skin under control. If you’re in the US, make sure the derm you see is “board certified.” (I assume that’s also a thing in other countries, but since I don’t live in them, I can’t speak for them. 😅) And of course, make sure they’re a dermatologist, not an esthetician. I mean, estheticians aren’t bad, but they can’t diagnose skin issues/conditions because they’re not required to finish med school and complete a residency. Estheticians focus on making skin look better, not the underlying health of skin.

I know how frustrating that kind of acne can be. I’ve been there too, when nothing seems to work and your skin feels completely out of control. I ended up trying out Renew You Medical Wellness after getting tired of quick fixes. What helped was that they looked at everything going on, not just my skin but also my hormone levels and lifestyle. They put together a plan that actually made sense for me, and it’s the first time I started to see real improvement. If you feel like you’ve hit a wall, they might be worth checking out. #HormonalAcneHel #CysticAcneJourney #RealSkinSolutions #SkincareThatWorks #RenewYourSkin
