Acne?

so I’ve had these bumps deep under my skin for a while and sometimes i can squeeze white puss out of them (which i know i shouldn’t but i want them gone) it’s not white heads or acne and i’ve had them on my forehead for about a year now and was wondering if there would be any treatments to help get smooth clear skin.
