Wants to return online order to local store.
my package was lost, and customer service rep. was very helpful and sent me a replacement package right away. After I got the replacement package, I wanted to return 2 of the items in my order. but on the order summary, it says there is no payment method. Would I be able to get my refund back for those 2 items to my credit card instead of store credit? I have the Original Order summary for the lost package that shows my original payment method on it( printed online from my account.). Would I be able to get refund back to my credit card with that? thanks! I have the original summary from the replacement package as well.
and I want to get this done at a store if possible.
