Very unhappy with service

I have been a Sephora customer for many years. I have received the worst customer service after this latest VIB sale. First I ordered the Tom Ford Highlighter and a brush it came in a box with my name-the merchandise inside was someone else's-the packing slip and all. Of course the things I had stayed up until midnight to order sold out. No accommodation for obvious flim flam at their warehouse. Secondly I mailed back a return-it looks like in a few months I may be credited. It takes 30 days to process then another 3-10 to credit I was told. The only Sephora in my town is inside a Kohls and they do not accept most returns. I would caution anyone not to return and be careful ordering expensive products-it's a crapshoot you may or may not receive your items. Twenty percent is just not that big of sale when I consider all the aggravation -most of the stuff I ordered they decided was not in stock.  It is just not any fun to shop their sales under these circumstances, there are plenty of other places.
