Samples

Once again another ordered received with missing samples.  Why does Sephora bother listing off a wide selection of samples when in reality there are none being sent out.  This has been going on for years now so why is a solution never offered.  What’s the point of even showcasing offers and samples if they are never honoured.  It seems to be a shady business practice if not illegal.  It’s deceptive/false advertising!  It would be understandable if it was an occasional error but it’s EVERY SINGLE ORDER in my province, which indicates it’s an intentional condoned practice.
