I just received my order, but there is something off about the box it came in. It didn't come in a Sephora labeled box. It looks like the shipping label was ripped of one box and used on this, and when I opened it it had no packaging filler, just the products thrown into the box. There is a strange black substance on some of my products, and my Tatcha gift set has been opened and the lid is missing. Most of the products outer packaging is damaged.Also, there's nothing missing but I would like to know what could have happened.

There’s a problem with my Rewards Order. I ordered the 1000 points Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede perfume. This was supposed to come engraved but I was never contacted about the engraving and i just received a shipment notification. Please let me know what’s going on.

I purchased the Tata Harper The Multi-Masking Collection (item 1884477) during the sale. When I received my order, the packaging was not in good condition. It wasn't so much the outside that worried me, even though it was dented; it was the inside. The sleeves that held the jars were ripped like the products had been removed and put back in. I wasn't sure if the products had been handled/ used before I received it or if it was damaged during transit. I also had concerns as to the freshness of the product (because the Honey Blossom Mask had a sticker indicating 293/ 9500) so I contacted Tata Haper directly. According to them they guarantee their products for 12 months unopened. the number on top of the Honey Blossom Mask was just an edition number, and their batch codes are actually printed on them bottom. I was able to look up the date each mask was made with Tata Harper's website, using that batch code. Their website showed the following:Honey Blossom Mask (Batch Code 2086): July 28, 2016Purifying Mask (Batch Code 2026): July 22, 2016Resurfacing Mask (Batch Code 1306): May 11, 2016As you can see all three products are well past the "guarantee date" of unopened products, since the purchase was made in November 2017. Due to this I want to return this product. However I have concerns that I will have trouble returning it in store since this item is "not available in US." I don't ever recall having to return a discontinued item so please let me know the best method of doing so. Thanks

Try the Tata Harper Purifying Cleanser. It leaves your face feeling super clean but it won’t be as stripping as what you’ve been using. Use it in a dry face and remove it with a wet wash cloth.

From my understanding there are only two clinically proven methods to fight signs of aging. SPF (30+) everyday to prevent and retinols (vitamin A) to treat. Which specific SPF and retinols you use will depend on your skin type, lifestyle etc.

I know that I won't be charged for an out of stock item, because I was, that would be stealing. What I'm concerned about is my ordering being cancelled for no reason, like it was last year. During the winter VIB sale last year, an order I place was cancelled for no reason (according to customer service it was a mistake on your end) by the time I was notified, some of the items were out of stock and I was unable to re-purchase the items with the discount. I don't want that to happen again. Also it specifically states that standard shipping will be delayed and flash shipping will not be affected. That also doesn't explain why I already received an order that I place after this one.

I placed three separate orders on April 24, 2017. 2/3 of the orders have already shipped, and I already received one of them. However the second order that I placed is still "In progress." Flash shipping shouldn't be affected so what's the cause of the delay? Last time this happened during the VIB sale my order was cancelled for no reason, and some of the products I tried to purchase were sold out. I'm worried that it's going to happen again.
