Damaged Package

I just received my order, but there is something off about the box it came in. It didn't come in a Sephora labeled box. It looks like the shipping label was ripped of one box and used on this, and when I opened it it had no packaging filler, just the products thrown into the box. There is a strange black substance on some of my products, and my Tatcha gift set has been opened and the lid is missing. Most of the products outer packaging is damaged.

Also, there's nothing missing but I would like to know what could have happened.
