Iโ€™ve heard almost everyone is magnesium deficient. Not sure if itโ€™s directly linked to skin but probably would help. Iโ€™ve also started taking liquid iv and it helps me stay hydrated

I would definitely recommend a vitamin C & vitamin D, supplement
