I recommend checking out the HUDA BEAUTYClassic False Lashes in Carmen #9  and Scarlett #8. Both of these are dramatic!

I would say Sephora wise the velour lash line. Although, velour is pretty pricey most of the time $30 for one lash. Huda has good lashes as well as Lilly lashes in “so extra Miami” are very pretty yet wispy and dramatic.
