SPOTS FILLED NYC: Charlotte Tilbury Superstar at SEPHORA 34th Street on 9/13

Community favorite brand Charlotte Tilbury is launching at Sephora this month and SEPHORA at 34th street in NYC is celebrating by showing off the Superstar collection one day early. Anyone can attend this event but a select number of Community members who reach out to me will be able to snap a photo with Charlotte first. 

Here are the event details: 

• Date: Thursday, 9/13
• Time: 6:15 - 9pm EST, must arrive by 6:15pm sharp for front-line access 
  • Anyone can come in for a Superstar look with the brand between 10am - 9pm 
  • If you a confirmed on our list you must be able to get to the store by 6:15 pm sharp to meet Charlotte
• Location: 112 West 34th Street New York, NY 10001
• Requirements: Purchase two or more products from the collection to meet and snap a photo with Charlotte PM me to get on the list, no purchase required. All we ask is that you share your experience with BIC and give me a big hug because I'll be in town for this one 😄

Anyone will be able to attend the event but only those of you who secure a spot will be able to skip the line and meet Charlotte without making a purchase.

Hi All! I am happy to report back about the Charlotte Tilbury Sephora event in NYC. It was lots of fun! First of all I want to thank @SephoraBIC @KatieBT and @ctilbury for this opportunity. Clearly a lot of work went into the planing and execution of this event, and everyone I interacted with was so kind! I had an amazing time getting dolled up and bonding over makeup with my fellow beauty lovers. It was so nice to meet people from this board @SchylarR@KatieBT@michelleshops@mishanyc@darkiceis@Kim888 !

Sculptural Lipstick Columns! Rows of brand new lipsticks!! Rose gold lipstick cookie!!@*!!

The Set-up:

The store had a nice Charlotte Tilbury style makeover in addition to the new makeup display. Each door post had a beautiful lipstick pillar. There was a red carpet that lined the way to a stage platform, decorated with a display of products and a wonderful light-up star (what I wouldn’t give to have that in my home!). There was lots of gold, rose gold, lipstick and Hollywood star details around the store. 

Charlotte arrived and gave a brief talk before meeting with everyone. Look at that highlight!

The Arrival:

The Beauty Studio area was filled with Charlotte Tilbury makeup artists. Before the event began I was able to have my makeup done by Bret (he’s so nice & skilled). There was quite a crowd when Charlotte arrived. She entered with models that sported some signature looks. Their robes had the look name in a star on the back- it was a nice touch. She spoke to the group about her skincare and makeup line before meeting with people and taking photos. She was incredibly nice, friendly, and enthusiastic! I, however, was a bit tongue tied! Her skin was glowing & beautiful through the whole thing, and it was warm by the stage in the lights!

The Makeup:

CHARLOTTE TILBURY - Lip Cheat Lip Liner - Berry Naughty

While meeting with Charlotte she asked about my beauty icons and suggested I try on the Dolce Vita palette. So after the photo, another one of her artists applied Dolce Vita  (plums in the outer corner, crease and lower lash line, with the beautiful bronze glitter topper on the lid). The whole thing was very pretty, and I liked the oyster and grey from Uptown Girl showing through in the crease. (Top right photo)

Thanks @TraceyEB! The makeup artists were very informative and explained which shadow went where. The bronze Dolce Vita shimmers made quite an impact!
