Dupe for Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder Foundation?

So Charlotte Tilbury discontinued their Light Wonder foundation. I was in Shade 4. I have not had a new foundation in years, and don’t know how to find one. 
I have slight rosacea on my cheeks. But overall I loved how it didn’t make me super oily (I have oily skin). It blended very well with my Tarte Shape Tape Concealer for my under eyes. 

Any recs? How do I start looking for a new foundation?

@hashk I use light wonder but also love NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer  and Lancôme SKIN FEELS GOOD Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 23
