Monthly Favorites: July 2025 Edition!

A summery helloooo to you BIC, and I hope July has been treating you well! 🌞 My summer is off to the races weeee. 🏁 We are lucky to enjoy Summer Fridays over here at Sephora HQ, so I’ve used those to plan some long weekend trips, river days and whatever else allows me to soak up the sun—queue up the Summer BBQ playlist 🎸🎵

With that in mind, I’ve paired down my makeup routine in the warmer weather and gathered some minis of my regular skincare regimen. Thank you to everyone who commented on myMonthly Favorites: May 2025 Edition! post about sunscreen recs! MERIT launched their new Tinted Mineral Sunscreen a few days after I posted, so I snagged that and have not been disappointed. It blends beautifully, has no white cast and as a Brown girl, it’s one of the first tinted sunscreens I’ve used where I found a good shade match. 🤎 12/10 recommend for any of you looking for clean & light coverage with sun protection!

I think that's why I'm still usingGlow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops Serum year after year, it's just a subtle glow that I luv ❤️. I think I'll try that spf sooner or later, it's on my radar.

Peter Thomas Roth 24K Gold Pure Luxury Lift & Firm Hydra-Gel Eye Patches 

I got the new PC eye gel and moisturizer from Influenster and I really like the eye gel. The moisturizer was just ok. 
I couldn’t pass up the new Miss Dior eye palette. I’m not usually a fan of pink eyeshadow but this one is so pretty!

I’m in love with the DM colorfix stick! I picked up #8 and I will definitely get more during the next sale!

Monthly Favorites: July 2025

Danessa Myricks Colorfix Stix Duo 6 (Celeste / Nova) (hmmmm, doesn't want to be tagged) - these stix are stunning. 😍 I started with this duo and have since picked up 2 more.

Violette fr. Invisible Bandage did exactly what I needed it to, what it claims to do. Acts as a seal over my zits - some active, others in the healing stage - so I can protect the blemeish while wearing makeup.  

I typically enjoy oil to foam cleansers and this Laneige Perfect Renew Nourishing Oil-to-Foam Cleanser is no exception. The consistency on this is much thinner than similar products I’ve used in the past but it does a nice job of removing sunscreen and makeup without drying my skin. Another plus? It does not irritate my eyes or cause stinging or blurred vision. Even when I’m rubbing them fairly vigorously (which I know I shouldn't). The serum from this new range is available and I'm hoping that means we'll see this cleanser along with the cream at Sephora some point.

Lip stains are usually products I stay away from as they're often very drying on my lips. That is not the case with the Huda Beauty Lip Contour Stain - Soft Nude (not tagging) and it's been something I've been reaching for a lot this month. I wouldn't say it's extremely hydrating but the formulation is definitely more to than stains of the past.I've been pairing it with the Facile Lip Jelly Hydrating Glossy Peptide Treatment  - Champagne for a little hydration; the Champagne shade has a soft shimmery sheen to it as well that adds a nice finish to the HB.

I was generously gifted this Rabanne Fame Eau de Parfum with Fruity Bergamot & Mango by a friend and it strikes a lovely balance of fruity, floral and woodsy on my skin; also a great one for layering with other fragrances

I've noticed that too, @PrettyPaint, the time to restock that shade. 🤔 Not the same formulation, but there are a couple of shades from the Sephora Collection liners that are similar -
