Monthly Faves: April 2025!

Hiya, BIC! I hope spring shopping szn has been treating you well. 🌷🛍 It’s been busy over here at Sephora HQ – but don’t worry, I’ve still found time to walk over to the closest Sephora store on my lunch break to swatch all the latest beauty goodies IRL. Me? Obsessed? Yes, yes I am.

Even with all the fun store newness and Sephora Savings Event hauls to keep me entertained here on the BIC and on social, I found myself reaching more for my existing collection this month – and my April faves reflect that! Hydrated, sun-shielded skin, a simple slick-back, and a fool-proof blush have been the keys to my low-maintenance spring look. (Don’t ask me why it still takes me so long to get ready, though).

Ahhh thank you for that, I think a dry skin girl like myself would do really well with that sunscreen. 🌞

They say April showers bring May flowers, so I am calling these faves "April Reign  Drops" as they reigned supreme and I picked them up during the sale and see myself using them into May @AlexBT

@danielledanielle Lovely choices! Are you using the Violette_Fr as a shadow, liner, or both?

Both! @PrettyPaint . Depends on the mood and shade.  I think I've used VIOLETTE_FR YEUX PAINT Liquid Eyeshadow & Eyeliner Marron Glacé more as a shadow, but these work well as liners

@caitbird I saw makeup artist Namvo use it and bought it. I actually really like it especially for putting my hair up.

@SportyGirly125  I'm also curious... A $100 brush must have some magic powers! Do you feel it's significantly better than other more affordable brushes?

@pixiedustgrl245 I got it because Namvo raved about it and I had a discount. I wouldn’t pay  full price for it. It’s almost like a Mason Pierson hairbrush.
