You should definitely be using UV protection every day and all of our products include that. You will also really like Smoke & Mirrors. It's one step that is super conditioning and gentle on the hair. Mistress before you blow dry for added hydration and then after styling, spray Speechless on hair and body for shine and moisture -- perfect for summer.

Hi! Do you have any products you would recommend for someone who doesn't heat style their hair? I typically need to shower and go in the mornings due to lack of time. My hair is fine and generally straight but with a bit of a wave and shoulder-length. Thanks in advance!

Hey Y'all,

I want to start by saying I've used Rich Kid for about 2 months now, and I swear by it. I used to hide my hair in buns. Now it's as easy as shower, Rich Kid, air dry, for insta worthy hair. 

I'm wondering if you have any other product/styling/cut recommendations to help me expand the ways I can wear and love this hair! ...Sold out?

Try Laid Back De Frizz and Anti Static Spray on top of Rich Kid - you'll love the combo. Will add more definition to the curls and control flyaways. Laid Baid is also super lightweight, so you can reapply and not lose your curl pattern.

Try changing your part for a different look, or use Mistress Hydrating Hair Balm and blow out for a straight, sleek look. Also try Speechless Dry Oil on your ends for hydration and shine.

Hey there! Thanks for joining us 🙂 So I have long been a sufferer of fine, flat, limp hair.  I can blow dry it and have it look beautiful for up to an hour, and then it falls flat- and this also happens after leaving the hair salon.

My hair is ombre right now, with half my hair being natural and the bottom half being blondish.  It is about 1-2 inches past my shoulders, and I just wish you could provide me with some suggestions on how to style it or keep it looking lively!

The natural texture is fine, loose waves (but they sit flat since the top half doesn't wave), and I usually straighten, blowdry or just wear it up.  It also gets greasy by day two, NO shampoo or dry shampoo has been able to make it last longer unfortunately!

With your hair type, you'll need to cleanse every two days. Use 30,000 Feet Shampoo and Conditioner to set you up for success and keep hair volumized and strengthened.  Grab a travel size Jet Lag Invisible Dry Shampoo to apply at the roots to keep you scalp refreshed during the day as well. My 8 year old daughter has BIG hair. It drives her nuts. It is thick, course, and doesn't lie flat. It seems straight up to her ears and then turns into a dense poofy cloud. It seems like every product out there is meant to add volume. Do you know of any product that does the exact opposite? A de-poofer of sorts?

Start with Smoke and Mirrors Conditioning Cleansing Oil - it's perfect for thick coarse hair. Cleanses while hydrating without roughing up with cuticle.

Apply Call Time Styling Primer and layer on Car Service or Mistress, then air dry. Will hydrate while reducing volume.

Sephora Malibu is here! Going back to some of the previous responses we noticed you mentioned there will be a new Hair Mask coming out. Will you be able to share what type of mask this will be? Also, we would love to see a scalp treatment that is a little more intense than smoke & mirrors, will you be offering anything like this?

Great question!

The new mask is a super innovative new type of hair mask inspired by K-beauty trends....you'll have to wait for the launch in April to learn more! 

We've actually gotten a lot of requests for a scalp specific product, so we like the way you're thinking! Stay tuned for a new launch in early August. Utilizes really cool ingredients like apple cider vinegar and salicylic acid that really care for scalp. We've been testing in the salons the last four weeks and are OBSESSED! Stay tuned...
