Hey @nasheeta
Thanks for the question.
Aaron: Depending on what your looking for - when you're shampooing with the wrong shampoo, it will strip your scalp of it's natural oils your scalp will start to over produce oil. Switching to Smoke & Mirrors Conditioning Cleansing Oil will help to normalize this over time. If you are looking for a more thorough clean to remove all oil, use 30,000 Feet Volumizing Shampoo. Both Smoke & Mirrors and 30,000 Feet smell amazing, so that should help with your odor issue.
Thanks!
Do you have any suggestion to stop hair loss, im in early 30s and seems like I loose way too much hair.
Hey @KatRoses -
We'd recommend visiting a dermatologist, but some other tips to minimize hair loss are:
- Sleeping on a silk pillow to minimize friction.
- Not washing everyday
- Massaging the scalp while cleansing to help stimulate circulation
- Taking a biotin supplement
Thanks!

Hey @laurat123

Leo: Smoke & Mirrors Conditioning Cleansing Oil is great to calm and hydrate dry itchy scalps. You can use this everyday to efficiently cleanse without irritation. You're gonna love it!

Hello from Sephora Smith Haven
Hi Smith Haven -- Thanks for joining us!
Hi everyone thanks for joining us for the first ever LIVE hair consultation. Send us your pictures and questions and we'll share our advice, suggestions, and tips customized for you.
hey whats up, so i wanted too really learn more about this product that way i can talk about it with my clients, so what suggestions do you have for people with curly hair or even stright hair that want that wavy look ?
Hey @SmithHaven166!
Great question.
Franck: For curly hair, prep the hair with Smoke & Mirrors Conditioning Cleansing Oil, then blow out with Rich Kid Coconut Oil Gel to reduce frizz and tame the curl. Apply a quarter sized amount of Rich Kid from root to end on damp hair, then brush through. Add the wave by blow drying from the root down. Finish with Beach Club Texturizing Spray to accentuate waves.
Aaron: For straight hair, we have a great new texturizing shampoo coming in April that will provide a great canvas to create curls. I would then use Sold Out Curl Priming Basecoat on damp hair, brush through, then blow out with a medium sized round brush to create wave. If you want extra wave go through with an 1" iron with Laid Back De Frizz + Anti Static Spray.
Hey! Beautiful hair, love your look.
Hey guys! I've been really enjoying your products. My only struggle is getting my extremely straight hair to hold a curl. Any tips?
Hey guys! Welcome to Beauty Talk. Can you tell me how much hair damage to expect going from left picture to the right with the blue dip dye? What are the best product to maintain the colour ? Also from my Avatar can you suggest best hair cut for my face shape? Thanks!
To get that color of blue you will need to bleach your hair to the most pale blonde as possible -- The whiter the better, no yellow or orange. Then you can add in the blue. You should expect a decent amount of damage. The goods news is, we think you should cut your hair a little more and add more layers around the face. More body at the top of your hair and cut the tips a bit to remove the dryness.
You can use our Smoke & Mirrors Conditioning Cleansing Oil to retain the blue and repair the ends. Add our Mistress Hydrating Hair Balm to ends for extra hydration and repair and finish off with Speechless Hair and Body Dry Finishing Spray for shine.
Thank you @IGKHaircare That's super helpful!
