Thank you @TataHFounder

Re: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Hello @TataHFounder! I've been using your products for the past 4 years and love them all! Are you planning to create a sunscreen? That is really the only product that I wish your line had that currently doesn't exist.  What are the challenges to creating an effective sunscreen in line with your brand mission?

Re: Live Chat with Tata Harper

@geewhiz Sunscreen has been the one product that I haven’t been able to create something I’m proud of yet. We’ve been working on it for over 4 years. I want to launch products that I’m proud of and believe in, and that adhere to our high standards. The challenge is that with a mineral sunscreen is hard to work with. They absorb a lot of the water content in the formulas, and make the formula seem pasty. They also only absorb in oil which is difficult to solve. We're currently trying out a formula with Jojoba that is looking and feeling pretty great!

RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Hi Tata! Which moisturizer of your line would you recommend for sensitive/oily/aging skin type? I’ve tried your rebuilding moisturizer but found it too greasy. Tried the Clarifying one and that one broke me out. Anything else you could recommend from your line? Currently using your refreshing cleanser, resurfacing mask and rejuvenating serum successfully.

Re: RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

@schnosi The Repairative Moisturizer is meant for drier skin types, but we’ve found that it works for a lot of our customers with oilier skin types! I also recommend trying out our Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil. I know it sounds weird to use an oil if you have oil skin, but face oils help to balance the amount of oil your skin produces. This one’s good to soothe sensitive skin types and helps with signs of aging!

RE: Re: RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Great! Will definitely try those 2! Thank you for your time and your wonderful products.

Re: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Tata I love your products! I use the restorative eye cream and love it but feel like it doesn't do much for my dark circles, is there a product that would be better?

Re: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Hi @melaniemackay!

You should try the Illuminating Eye Creme which has the added ingredient of diamond dust to brighten your eye area.  Also, as you apply the Illuminating Eye Creme, make sure to massage the skin around your eye to drain any accumulation, encourage blood flow, and also to have your eye product penetrate better.

Re: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Hello I'm new to your products and wanted to ask what would you recommend for me. I'm 50 with dull skin, fine lines and wrinkles, very fair complexion and a little sensitive. I've tried lots of products that seem to work at first but after a week or two my skin looks dull, tired and old. Please help. Thank you

Re: Live Chat with Tata Harper

@Anonymous

For your skin type, I would recommend the Glow Getter facial.  The two-step facial uses the Regenerating Cleanser and Resurfacing Mask to get skin glowing  right away. You can use these products separately, but together, they give the ultimate glow.
Follow up with the Hydrating Floral Essence, everything put on after will better penetrate the skin.
For wrinkles, the Rejuvenating Serum uses Spanish Lavender and helps fight the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

The Restorative Eye Cream is buttery and rich to smooth wrinkles around the eye.
The Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil is so gentle and really helps heal the skin.

Re: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Hi @TataHFounder, thanks so much for joining us.  With summer officially here, is there a product (or 2) you think would be essential to incorporate into a daily skincare routine?

Re: Live Chat with Tata Harper

@itsfi Summer is pretty muggy and hot… we’re always sweating, lol.  What’s essential for summer is our Hydrating Floral Essence. It’s a mist and it’s like a liquid moisturizer with tons of hyaluronic acid to give you moisture.  You can keep it in your beach bag!

Re: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Thank you @TataHFounder!  That essence sounds lovely and great for the summer!

RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

I love your products and mission! I’m looking to get pregnant soon andwant to be cognizant of what I’m using, is there anything from your line that you would recommend staying away from? I.e. retinoic face oil? Thank you! As a follow-up, what did you enjoy using on your skin while pregnant/ what did you stay away from?

Re: RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Yes! I'm pregnant too and would love to know this answer to this! Also, I'm interested in going all-natural, what products would be a good starting off point?

RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

Hello, Tata! What product(s) would you recommend for best mitigating wrinkles in the forehead? Since I started using chemical exfoliants, they seem to have worsened. Any suggestions? Thank you for sharing with us today:)

Re: RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

@eshoe Definitely the Rejuvenating Serum and Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil.

The Spanish lavender in the Rejuvenating Serum has proved to have the same topical effects as botox. I have forehead wrinkles, and this works really well on me. It’s a potent antioxidant. With the  Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil, it’s just like bringing a multivitamin topically to the skin.

RE: Re: RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

@TataHFounder, 😊thank you so much!

RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

I’m 50 with relatively good skin. I get botox injections on my forehead. What’s a good skincare regime with your products for someone my age? Thanks! Love all the TH that I have used!

Re: RE: Live Chat with Tata Harper

@WendyAlly

I would start with a 5 step regimen, which  is the most important and effective anti-aging strategy.

The Regenerating cleanser is a daily exfoliating cleanser, it’s gentle enough that you can use everyday but by using a daily exfoliant you're getting rid of all the build up, and serum and eye creams can better penetrate the skin.

I love the Hydrating Floral Essence.  Essences are key for not only hydrating but penetration enhancement so everything you apply afterwords really goes into the skin.

The Rejuvenating Serum has Spanish Lavender, which has similar effects to Botox, and smooths the look of lines. This technology gives you the topical effects of botox. By using this regularly, we hear from clients. that you may need botox less often.

The Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil is another favorite. This is like a multi-vitamin treatment with fatty acids, omegas, antioxidants and minerals. It’s like putting a multi-vitamin supplement on your skin.

The Restorative Eye Creme is a wonderful solution for fine lines and wrinkles.
