Community Ambassador Class of 2023

Each year, Team BIC invites some of the most active members across all areas of the Beauty Insider Community (the Forum, Ratings & Reviews, Q&A, and Gallery) to participate in our annual Community Ambassador program. We’re so proud to say that the program is going strong, headed into its third year!

Since the program’s kick-off, our Community Ambassadors have participated in dozens of content missions, shared a bounty of beauty hauls and swatches in Gallery, provided feedback on Sephora offerings like Same-Day Delivery, reviewed gratis galore, created and curated amazing threads in the Forum, and helped fellow shoppers out by answering questions in Q&A. Aside from being superstars across the Community platforms, our Ambassadors shine so brightly because they bring a positive spirit to the BIC, helping their fellow Sephora shoppers by sharing beauty advice and recommendations and making fellow Community members feel welcome – newbies and experienced members alike! As members of the program, our Ambassadors are equipped with extra tools so they can continue making the BIC the best (and nicest!) place for beauty lovers on the internet. 😎 For example, every Community Ambassador has a special badge on their profile to help identify them while they are in this annual program. If you see a member rocking this badge in the BIC, you know they are skilled in all things Community!
