I just want to point out one downside of groups, and possibly why this thread doesn't get the attention it deserves from the new folks...if folks are perusing say the Combo Skin group or the Insiders groups or the Hair Group...they can't see this thread since it's in Trending Now. The main Fenty thread is in Brand Loyal, but someone looking in Makeup Is Life for foundation reviews won't see it. I know that doesn't excuse the hundreds of reposted questions over and over, but Sephora has made it difficult on us by promoting so many distinct groups and making them so prominent that the main feed seems to take a back seat. We are in for a long and bumpy ride, imho 😢

Yep! What we really need are the classic "pinned posts" in all other forums I've been in! Most other places have a pinned post telling you to do a search first. I don't know why BIC doesn't do this!

Sadly, it is becoming more and more clear with each passing day that this "upgrade" is nothing more than a way to drive traffic and increase member count. The pinned post will always be an ad designed to boost sales. Sephora doesn't care how the old timers did things and how we utilize the site...it's now optimized for the hoards of "once and done" traffic that are used to social media. Most of the good threads don't even show up in the feed anymore, and as long as it's taking to fix that, I'm starting to think it wasn't an accident. They aren't looking to foster the community we had...they just want numbers. 😢

It seems like for every Fenty post we redirect to the Fenty Beauty Thread, another 5 pop up. Sometimes there's 3 different Fenty posts on the front page. How do people miss that?
