What shade best fits neutral, olive skin?

That is not a lot of info to go off of. You should get matched in store to the line and also have them scan your face (forehead, cheek and neck) to figure out your color iQ number. But based on the little of your face that I can see in the picture, your skin tone looks similar to mine. I was matched at FB shade 190 which is a neutral undertone. If you need to go lighter than 150 and 120 are also neutrals. If you need to go darker then potentially 210 or 230.

But you really should just get matched in store and get the color iQ done. I say do both because I have had several sephora staff match me to wildly different shades. Color iQ isn't an exact science but it does help me get into a closer ball park than many of the employees can.
