Cannot ship to Canada all of a sudden?

So... all of a sudden, a TON of items on my loves page cannot be shipped to Canada. Some of these I've even already purchased in the past. What's going on here??

So much for fast shipping........ I placed an order Monday morning and still haven't got the shipment conformation.

Previously I mostly got the shipment conformation on the same day or maximum by next morning 😞

Guys I placed an order on July 2nd for the Champagne Pop and it's missing, there was some label correction and now the tracking hasn't moved in days and it's no where to be found

njattana if it doesn't show up and you still want champagne pop send me a pm. I ordered one extra for a friend in case she was unable to get one, she was able to and doesn't need the extra one, so you can have it (at cost, not selling it at a markup lol)

I placed an order Monday as well, and got the shipment confirmation THREE days later. wtf.

I finally got the shipment conformation last evening but still it is not showing up in CP tracking system 😞

I had the same problem recently.  Took 2 or 3 days I think before it showed up...

I placed an order on Monday and received shipping confirmation about 24 hours later.

I've rarely had anything ship on the same day from Sephora, so this is still normal to me.

I guess either way, shipping speed is slow since I'm on the West Coast and everything takes longer. Usually with Borderfree it'll take things anywhere from 7-10 business days from the day I ordered on the website to arrive. My package now appears to be in Mississauga, so it should be here by Friday...

As a fellow West-Coaster I am also always waiting 7-10 business days for packages. And often the shipping details don't update until it's literally on my doorstep, from "Processed in Mississauga" to "Delivered" in the same moment, so I have no sense of when it will arrive.

Fatimamummy, I placed an order last Thursday and I just now got a shipping confirmation.  

That is absolutely ridiculous, and still slower than when Borderfree was involved.

We all know it wasn't about faster shipping.  It was a way for them to increase the prices on everything while we complained about something else.

Ikr it's so lame. either they are understaffed or under stocked for certain products. Whatever the reason, it is annoying.

I completely understand your frustration! I placed an order Monday and still don't have a shipping confirmation either. When I've ordered in the past (shipping from the US) I would order Monday and it would be at my door by Friday (sometime's Thursday).

I placed an order within Ontario on Sunday evening and received it today. I'm obviously happy with the quicker service (used to take 7 business days) but disappointed that 2 of my 5 samples were switched out for things I can't use.

I'm not sure which of us you were asking, ikandi, I ordered from Toronto.  I also had only half my promo code in my order - I picked 2 of the Formula X mini polishes, and the geniuses in the warehouse only sent me one.

At least if the other one was out of stock, replace it with a different polish, not nothing at all!
