Cannot ship to Canada all of a sudden?

So... all of a sudden, a TON of items on my loves page cannot be shipped to Canada. Some of these I've even already purchased in the past. What's going on here??

Sephora actually had the new Diorshow mascara has a free sample a while ago - I ended up with a few. I'm wondering if they're the same size, but it's good to know that The Bay has some good samples, too!

I definitely noticed that the dropdown Brands menu was a lot skinnier today! Temporary I guess?

Okay sooo after taking Sara's advice I went through the new Canadian site list and it's not as bad as I originally thought. We got some D&G and Givenchy back which is nice. A few of my colour selections seem to be American exclusives (NARS Taos and some BB blushes) though.

I did however notice some price increases (specifically with Dior) so I'm not sure what to make of that.... 😕

I'm going to reconsider this breakup depending on how you handle the rest of the move, Sephora....

I think the more I look into it the worse it gets.. there's a lottttttt that we can't have anymore. I'll reconsider this breakup too if things start reappearing.. but I am very skeptical. And sad lol.

To add some insight, we now have different item numbers (SKUs) for many products on sephora.ca that may be the same product as what you see on sephora.com. This is due to working with brands to have these products approved for shipment in Canada. Because of this, if you have an item saved to your basket or "Loves" list, it may be showing as out of stock or unable to ship to Canada. For any product you are interested in, please make sure you are on sephora.ca and searching for the item by name or through the brand pages. The product may have a new SKU that is available in Canada.

Additionally, having a Canada specific warehouse means we are not sharing inventory with our US warehouses. If something is showing in stock on sephora.com but out of stock on sephora.ca, this means that it is in stock in our US warehouses but out of stock in our Canada warehouse. If the product is out of stock but appears on the sephora.ca website, it should be back in stock for shipment to Canada at some point. Because we are in the process of transferring product to the new warehouse and updating many SKU numbers on the site, there may be more items out of stock than usual, and/or other issues, such as reviews not showing on product pages. 

Please know that we are working through these issues to ensure the sephora.ca shopping experience is as seamless as possible, as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience while we work it out!

We have some Phyto on the CA site, but what I was buying, is not available anymore. We have some Alterna, but what I was buying, is not available anymore.  We have some Kate Somerville, but what I was buying, is not available anymore.

I can understand a problem with a mineral SPF 50 (well, actually, I can't) but what is the reason we don't have basic shampoos and conditioners? What's restricted about a makeup brush holder from MUFE or a shampoo from Phyto?

i guess that means the too faced sugar pop will no longer be available to canadian customers since i don't see it listed at all on the sephora.ca

At least 2 limited releases are launching this week.  The Becca Champagne Pop (June 2nd) and the KVD LE Tattoo Liner tomorrow.  Will these be available for Canadians as well? What about Bite's LLLR's lipstick that will be launching on Wednesday?

As for future launches will all warehouses have the product when they launch.  It has been my experience that US stores will get a product and a Canadian store might get it weeks even a month or more later. I think it's only fair for new releases to launch at the same time in both the US and Canada.  If not, by the time it launches here, we might not even be able to purchase it.

Hey veronika - I admittedly know very little about all the ins and outs of the warehouse move, however I did ask the Canada team about these two launches specifically for you guys since I know they are biggies.

1. The Becca Jaclyn Hill palette will be avail in for Canada at the same time as the US.

2. The Bite lab lippie will not be available for Canada on July 1, however it will be available on a (not much later) date. I don't know what that date is yet but if I can find out I will let you know. 

We will update you with info as we get it, promise!

Thanks Candace.  What about the KVD Tattoo Liner?  And for sure the LLLR will be available later for Canadians?  Although offered by many generous BT gals to get that lipstick for us it's trouble for them to purchase it and extra for us to end up paying shipping on it.  I'd really like confirmation on that one.  We all know it sells out in a few hours!

Hey veronika, I have info! 7/8 for the KVD 5th anniversary liner and 7/15 for the limited Bite lippie. 

We will try to track down more limited release info as it becomes available, so please let myself or the mods know if you have q's on specific products.
