A friendly reminder about the Beauty Insider Community guidelines! 🧡

Hello there BIC! We’ve noticed we’ve had a lot of new members join us recently (welcome! 👋), so we thought this would be an especially good opportunity to share our Beauty Insider Community guidelines front and center as a friendly little FYI! Plus, it’s always a good time to reground and remind ourselves of the community guidelines so that we’re all on the same page when it comes to keeping our little corner of the internet fun, respectful, and inclusive. 😊✨

With that in mind, if you see something you feel is unusual or inappropriate on Community, please use the “Report as Inappropriate” / “Report Inappropriate Content” feature from your desktop or mobile web browser to flag the content to our moderator team. Below are screenshots of where you will find this feature:

In a Community private message:

Please note, Sephora will never use the Community Forum or private messages to ask you for sensitive details such as your password or Social Security number, or to transfer monetary payment to anyone. If you receive a message from a Community member soliciting personal information, please report this using the Report as Inappropriate / Report Inappropriate Content feature (see above).
