Weekly Wow 11/1

Happy Halloween BIC! We are back with another Weekly Wow! As always here are a few reminders before we get into this week’s offerings:

  • For the month of November Weekly Wow program will only be offered in the US (online and in-store).
  • Deals go live each Thursday and most are only on sale for one week only.
  • When items sell out, they are gone so I suggest hopping on your favorite deals earl

Bite Agave Lip Masks - $26.00 $13.00

If you haven’t had the chance to try this lippie mask, now it’s your chance! It is a night lip recovery mask that soothes lips and replenishes moisture. There is six different shades lavender, maple, champagne, smashed, natural, and candy cane. I got to try out the lavender one for a whole week straight and definitely notice the difference, it says it is an overnight mask but I’ve also worn it during the day when my lips need some extra love and hydration or before applying a matte lipstick on top.

Cover fx Custom Cover drops- $44.00 $22.00

This foundation is full coverage and natural finish, for all skin types. I do recommend using a matte primer before if you have oily skin like me. You can use the drops alone for more pigment or mix them with your favorite liquid beauty products and create your ideal foundation or tinted moisturizer. I mixed mine with my favorite SPF moisturizer and love how I was able to customize how much coverage I wanted.  s1974138-main-thumb-400.jpg

Becca Velvet Blurring Primer Perfecting Base- $38.00 $19.00

I didn’t get a chance to try this primer, but really wish I did because it is a liquid-to-powder blurring primer that instantly diminishes the appearance of pores, fine lines, and imperfections to leave skin smooth and perfect for oily skin. Have any of you tried this? What were your honest thoughts?

Peter Thomas Roth Lashes to Die For, Turbo Nighttime Eyelash Treatment $85.00 $42.50

I used this eyelash treatment for a week and a half straight and did notice my eyelashes looked thicker, I will probably be purchasing this and keep on using it every night to see the full results.

Sephora Accessories PRO Sponge $14.00 $7.00

This sponge is worth every penny! It’s so soft and works just as good as other sponges out there but it’s half the price. It also comes in a protective case to it’s easy to bring with you without worrying about getting dirty.

Foreo LUNA 2 - all colors $199.00 $129.00

I am so excited to see the Foreo Lunas as part of our Weekly Wows! These silicone facial brushes that sonic-powered cater to your skincare needs including a tool for Combination Skin, Sensitive Skin, Oils Skin, Normal Skin and even a sleek black option for Men.

Do you have a go-to lip mask? Show & tell!

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

No Weekly Wows

2 samples instead of 3

Ebates down to 1% as if the 2.5% wasn't already a slap in the face.  Just when Sephora improves on one end, they have to back-pedal on another.

Samples to me are not just freebies.  A lot of times the sample will make me buy the full-size.  It is a true loss for Sephora and the brands.  For God's sake the 3 sample thing is what Sephora was known for and other companies like The Bay learned they had to follow suit.  I hope Sephora will do better especially for us Rouges.  We should be getting 5 samples for the amount of money we spend.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

@Riri80  You may want to try shopping around at cashback sites that aren't Ebates. This week Sephora is 5% on befrugal and at 8% on topcashback.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Are those available in Canada?

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Exactly this is getting ridiculous has anyone seen this weeks weekky wow? I can’t find it 11/14/18

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

I said the same thing like I’m looking for the weekly wow and it’s just not here . Like it’s MIA or didn’t exist

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Hi @Jassyfreshh,

I apologize for the confusion. Due to the Holiday Bonus Promotion, we are not offering Weekly Wow items this week.

Best,

Rebecca

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

@queenshic there probably isn't any weekly wow this week because of the sale. That is what happened for the April sale and last November as well.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Soooo I am still very angry about the exclusion of Canadians. Has Brenda (or Sephora) responded to any of our concerns??

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

@HelenToDo I don’t think it’s been addressed!

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Will there be a weekly wow for the week of Nov 9th?

Are Tuesday previews for the weekly wow still a thing?

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Me: I wonder what is the weekly wow this week.

Also me: Oh right, I forgot that Sephora hates Canada.

NB: I was going to buy some new brushes. Given Sephora's disdain for selling to Canadians I took my money elsewhere. My Beautylish purchase arrived on time and beautifully packed and with a nice thank you email. I purchased during their bonus event and the gift cards I got were in a personally addressed envelope. Now that is service. Clearly other stores are happy to sell to Canadians.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

So since Canada is excluded for the entire month of November from WW, I expect US to take its turn in December? giphy (5).gif

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Yeah, I’m done. You just don’t give a d@mn about your Canadian customers. This is just straw on the camel’s back though. Plenty of disappointments on top of constantly waiting for a worthy, measly 100-point perk, or having waited all October for a decent promo to complete my order, only to realize you’ve discontinued 3-item free sample for now only a 2-item free sample. Maybe instead of throwing monthly full-sized gratis at employees and management, you could have given some attention to your shoppers who create your revenue.

I received $200.00 for my birthday this year, as I ask for Sephora gift cards every year. This will be my last purchase. I will no longer be supporting with my money, and any time the company name is brought up, I will never fail to recant my disappointment. From being left out of Sephora Play to absolute crap tier promo and samples to being excluded from Weekly Wow. Over it. I’ll be taking my money to Ulta, Beautylish, and Beautybay, and stand-alone Shoppers Drug Mart’s. I recommend other past Sephora shoppers who feel slighted do the same. You’ve lost a faithful customer and a supportive ex-Sephora employee.

and direct your anger at the right people. Employees have nothing to do with weekly wows being restricted to the US.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

We definitely don’t get full size gratis thrown at us every month lol. I get gratis maybe every 4-5 months and they aren’t all full size. Please educate

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

No idea why anyone would blame Sephora employees or be upset about the amounts of gratis they get. They work at Sephora, they do not make insane wages and the BRANDS offer gratis- NOT sephora. So if you are going to go after anyone it would be the brands themselves, or the high up's in this company which absolutely are not the retail staff. They get gratis to be able to properly give client recommendations, etc. Why would anyone complain about that? Ridiculous. I'm upset about the Weekly Wow exclusions also, Weekly Wow is a sale we should all get regardless of where we live but come on. If your mad about gratis go apply to sephora? lol

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

@leesha123 totally agree with you! I would actually prefer that employees get gratis and try things out so we can have better recommendations from SA. Everyone wins - Sephora makes a sale, employees get to try new things and consumers can have better tailored recommendations, while potentially reducing the amount of returns

RE: Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Oh god, semantics, girl. You’re not getting what I’m saying. Obviously it’s from brands. You don’t think someone at Sephora coordinates and negotiates those? Upper management could be coordinating bonuses and promos for Canadian customers by expending 1/10th of the amount of energy that they do with brands coordinating promos and campaigns for profit and employees, and they don’t. It’s undeniable. But that’s a minutiae of my original comment.

Re: RE: Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

@mykahcp I'm going to disagree with you. Where ever you work - lets call it Red. Red has a bonus structure for you set in place. It's always been there. Because you have hoards of angry clients you would be okay with your employer taking some of YOUR pay and alloting that towards improving the customer experience?! I think not. Its upsetting to be excluded but you are taking it too far. You are a client, a shopper - you dont get a say in how the company is run.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

@Anonymous If you want to get technical, if an employee of Sephora did not make the decision to exclude Canada, who did? If this was reversed and USA was excluded, fireworks would be popping through screens.
