Weekly Wow 11/1

Happy Halloween BIC! We are back with another Weekly Wow! As always here are a few reminders before we get into this week’s offerings:

  • For the month of November Weekly Wow program will only be offered in the US (online and in-store).
  • Deals go live each Thursday and most are only on sale for one week only.
  • When items sell out, they are gone so I suggest hopping on your favorite deals earl

Bite Agave Lip Masks - $26.00 $13.00

If you haven’t had the chance to try this lippie mask, now it’s your chance! It is a night lip recovery mask that soothes lips and replenishes moisture. There is six different shades lavender, maple, champagne, smashed, natural, and candy cane. I got to try out the lavender one for a whole week straight and definitely notice the difference, it says it is an overnight mask but I’ve also worn it during the day when my lips need some extra love and hydration or before applying a matte lipstick on top.

Cover fx Custom Cover drops- $44.00 $22.00

This foundation is full coverage and natural finish, for all skin types. I do recommend using a matte primer before if you have oily skin like me. You can use the drops alone for more pigment or mix them with your favorite liquid beauty products and create your ideal foundation or tinted moisturizer. I mixed mine with my favorite SPF moisturizer and love how I was able to customize how much coverage I wanted.  s1974138-main-thumb-400.jpg

Becca Velvet Blurring Primer Perfecting Base- $38.00 $19.00

I didn’t get a chance to try this primer, but really wish I did because it is a liquid-to-powder blurring primer that instantly diminishes the appearance of pores, fine lines, and imperfections to leave skin smooth and perfect for oily skin. Have any of you tried this? What were your honest thoughts?

Peter Thomas Roth Lashes to Die For, Turbo Nighttime Eyelash Treatment $85.00 $42.50

I used this eyelash treatment for a week and a half straight and did notice my eyelashes looked thicker, I will probably be purchasing this and keep on using it every night to see the full results.

Sephora Accessories PRO Sponge $14.00 $7.00

This sponge is worth every penny! It’s so soft and works just as good as other sponges out there but it’s half the price. It also comes in a protective case to it’s easy to bring with you without worrying about getting dirty.

Foreo LUNA 2 - all colors $199.00 $129.00

Do you have a go-to lip mask? Show & tell!

We are truly sorry for not notifying our Canadian clients sooner about the delay in our November Weekly Wow offer. We understand your frustration and have shared your feedback with our Canadian partners. Weekly Wow will be back on Sephora.ca Tuesday November 20th, 2018.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

I'm in Canada and also frustrated by this, but its not fair to blame employees. And you know very well that the employees in charge of deciding who receives weekly wows are not retail consultants and probably dont receive gratis.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

@Anonymous

Are you a Sephora employee?

Anonymous Insider

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

I'm Rouge and Canadian and know a lot of Sephora employees. Gratis is given by

brands and not by sephora, so sephora isnt throwing any free products at anyone.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

And another big middle finger to your Canadian customers.... I find it disgusting that Sephora seems to take advantage of the fact the Canadian consumers have limited options when it comes to purchasing cosmetics. Hoping SDM & The Bay continue to step up their cosmetics game so I can take the remainder of my business elsewhere. SDM's points program is already and always has been far superior to Sephora's regardless.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

The Bay needs to start having VIP events like Sephora with 20% off.  I know they do the occasional $20 off $100 but I hate $off and much prefer %off

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

It really SUCKS that they get more money out of the Canadian customers and NEVER treat the Canadian customers fairly!

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Because screw Canada, right? 🙄

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

This is another nail in the coffin for Sephora with me and several of my friends and family. We're sick and tired of Sephora not listening to their canadian customers @BrendaBT.

- excluding us from the Weekly Wow

- putting products in the sale section in the US while still charging us full price in Canada

- taking away samples

- less than 50% of the promo codes that the US gets

- forcing us to have orders shipped Fedex Ground, where our valuable purchases are either damaged (due to Ground drivers being freelancers, they don't care) or stolen because they're not secured (where they would be safe if shipped to our community mailboxes via Canada Post), inaccessible for pickup due to the inconvenience of Fedex locations (because of how few there are!!), and other problems**

- Practically nullifying Ebates, which a lot of us use and which USED TO encourage us to order from Sephora

- Almost zero Rouge benefits, and disappointing "preview" events with no reps, no real benefits to us, and most of the items we were to "preview" NOT ACTUALLY BEING THERE. Poor excuses for Rouge gifts (seriously, cheap brushes or a tacky branded handbag? 2 years ago you gave NARS blush, and the year before that was Marc Jacobs makeup!)

** I've filed multiple complaints with Sephora (via the Rouge concierge) as well as Fedex regarding serious issues with method of delivery. I've also been lied to by Sephora concierge staff.

This year I've done everything I can to STOP purchasing from Sephora. I've only purchased items I couldn't get anywhere else, as needed or as gifts. I'm still angry for damaged and destroyed items I've received in the last couple of months. Sephora decisions and treatment of all of their Canadian customers, as well as Rouge themselves, completely turns me off of your company.

RE: Weekly Wow 11/1

Why does Sephora never treat Canadian Sephora customers as equal as US customers ?

Re: RE: Weekly Wow 11/1

Because we’re disposable. They make enough US revenue, or so they think.

Weekly Wow 11/1

I have a little bit left to spend to reach rouge again but reading this and seeing 2 samples instead of 3 is making me wonder if I should shop elsewhere. Strange to offer disincentives like this at a time of year I am sure most women spend more.Who made those calls? Like sure we are disappointed if we don't get an offer or two but not for a month sends a negative message to your Canadian beauties

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

@BrendaBT why does sephora keep letting canadian customers down? if it's only available in the US please offer something else for Canadians if not the same!

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

The Becca primer and the sponge are in the sale section in Canada, and the PTR isn’t even available here. If Canada was just excluded from the Cover FX, Luna and Agave Lip Masks, we would have been upset (like last week), but not all up in arms about being left out of the entire thing 😂 makes no sense to me if some of the same items were going to be up to 50% off anyways!

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

Wow. The Luna 2 is literally $100 cheaper than it is in Canada. Will we see any sale prices before Christmas? I would have bought 2. Also, not understanding the exclusion this month?? Kinda disappointing to say the least.

RE: Weekly Wow 11/1

The Sephora sponges are already out of stock. Is there any plan to restock by the end of the sale?

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

So let me get this straight. Last week’s weekly wow was posted almost a full day late (even after calling and escalating with a manager and being notified on this forum by multiple members) and now we don’t get it in Canada at all for the month of November. This is exactly why I turned down the offer for store credit. I refuse to give money to a company that disregards an entire country. I’ll take my money to The Bay of Shoppers Drug Mart (both stepping up their beauty game and carrying more brands daily). Bye, Felicia.

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

agree 100%! we spend MORE money on the same products yet get totally neglected from sales. infuriating and i've been buying so much more from other places due to this

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

The Bay really has stepped it up! The brand selection used to be a bit weak, but I’m finding a lot more k-beauty lately 😍

Weekly Wow 11/1

FYI it looks like the Bite Agave lip mask in Candy Cane is excluded from the WW. 😒

Re: Weekly Wow 11/1

@Lazybeautybeast I saw that as well - I still think I'll grab another flavor but I was deff going to get that one

I'm grabbing a couple colors that are on sale but I'm gra...

I'm grabbing a couple colors that are on sale but I'm grabbing the candy cane too @Kim888. I'm just going to wait until tomorrow instead so I can get a deal.
