What should I do to help my nose? For context I have oily skin around my nose.

if this area of the skin is sensitive I would suggest to first do an oil cleanser, then you can cleanse again with a sensitive fragrance free face wash. 
If its texture you're worried about the oil cleanser will melt whatever oils/dirt is stuck in the pores.
